Information we receive

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and keep appropriate business correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive personal records through the contact form.

Website functionality, security services, and cookie-consent tools may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and cookie preferences. If comments are enabled on a post, WordPress may process the information supplied with the comment and technical anti-spam information.

Cookies and external content

The website may use cookies for essential features, security, preferences, and consent management. You can review and adjust available cookie preferences using the site’s cookie-consent controls and your browser settings.

Links to KVI Network, the KVI Store, KVI Creative Studio, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other services lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Embedded media, where used, may load resources from their providers.

Blog subscriptions

The RSS subscribe link lets you follow new articles in an RSS reader. Following an RSS feed does not submit your email address to us. If email updates are added later, their form will explain what is collected and how to unsubscribe.

How information is used and protected

We use submitted contact details to answer messages and communicate about requested creative work. We do not publish your private email address in the Journal. Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, subject to legal and business requirements. Website security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

For privacy inquiries or requests concerning information you submitted, please use the contact page. You may also disable nonessential cookies using available consent controls.

Store transactions

Orders, payments, delivery, and returns on a linked KVI storefront are handled under that storefront’s own checkout, privacy, and purchase policies. House of NVee does not directly process card payments.

Policy updates

We may update this statement when site features change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
